i love peanut butter, almost to the point of obsession. you can always count on my apt being stocked with bread and peanut butter because peanut butter toast is one of those snacks that i'm always, always in the mood for. knowing this, my sister graciously bought me a membership to the peanut butter of the month club for my birthday (along with the beer of the month club). i guess they have a [blank] of the month club for everything! i got my first shipment today and i'm so excited! how appropriate that the jars were secured with packing peanuts.

it took me four years but i finally paid off molly. i feel like it was just yesterday i was in mission viejo meeting her for the first time. last week i got the pink slip!

Kilimanjaro!

i did it. i successfully climbed to the top of mt. kilimanjaro. our six day trek was quite an eye opening experience. it was definitely physically and mentally challenging mostly due to the high altitude but i enjoyed every second of it. words can't describe the feeling and emotion you have as you reach the summit. it was simply AMAZING. this is definitely going into the books as the hardest thing i've ever done so far. afterward, we headed over to zanzibar for some well deserved beach relaxation. time to plan my next adventure!
